Answers to what players actually ask. Most of RealmForge is meant to be discovered by playing, so this page stays deliberately short. If something keeps coming up, it gets added here.
Referrals
My friend used my code but I didn't get anything. Why?
This is the question we get most. Referral rewards are paid once your friend watches their first ad, not at the moment they enter your code. That gate exists to stop fake accounts from farming referral bonuses. As soon as your friend watches a single ad, you are both paid automatically, and no action is needed from either of you.
When can a code be entered?
During a new player's first 3 forges. After that the code can no longer be applied, so share your code with friends before they get going rather than after.
What do referrals pay?
Your friend receives 50 Forge Sparks for entering a code. You receive 50 for your 1st referral, 150 for your 10th, 100 for every 10th after that, and 25 for all the rest.
Can I refer myself with a second account?
No. Referring yourself is not permitted, and accounts created to farm referrals may lose their rewards. Deleting an account and registering the same email again will not grant the welcome Sparks a second time.
Levelling up an Artifact
What does levelling actually do?
Every level adds 40% of that Artifact's base rate to how much Essence it generates, up to Level 5. The exact gain is shown in the confirmation pop-up before you spend anything, so you can always see what you are getting.
Is it worth levelling up?
It is entirely optional and always your choice. One thing worth knowing: a Level 5 Artifact can never be recycled by a Rebirth. Maxing one out is how you keep it permanently.
Does levelling change an Artifact's rarity?
No. Rarity is fixed the moment an Artifact is forged and never changes. Levelling increases the rate it generates at, nothing else.
Artifact Rarity & Drop Rates
Are rare Artifacts limited? Can a Realm run out of Legendaries?
No. There is no quota, no allocation, and no limit on how many of any rarity a Realm can hold. Every single forge rolls its own independent chance, so nothing is ever "used up" and no Artifact is ever off the table because other players got there first. The last forge in a Realm has exactly the same shot at a Legendary as the first one did.
What are the actual drop rates?
Every forge uses these odds:
- Common – 73.75%
- Uncommon – 16.5%
- Rare – 7%
- Epic – 2%
- Legendary – 0.75%
- Godlike – not available from forging. Godlikes are special drops handed out for events and milestones.
Every forge rolls these odds on its own, so a short run of forges can look very different from the table.
What happens during Rare Forge Hours?
While a Rare Forge Hours event is running, the odds shift substantially in your favour:
- Common – 50%
- Uncommon – 28%
- Rare – 14% (double)
- Epic – 5.5% (nearly triple)
- Legendary – 2.5% (more than triple)
If you have been saving Forge Sparks, an event is the best time to spend them.
Safety & Reporting
Someone's display name is offensive. What do I do?
Tap that player anywhere they appear on the leaderboards, either on the top-three podium or on their ranked row, and choose Report this name. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours, and names that break our Terms are removed.
Can I stop seeing a particular player?
Yes. Tap them on the leaderboard and choose Block this player. They disappear from your leaderboards immediately and stay hidden on every device you sign in on. Blocking also flags them to us for review.
Does blocking someone change my rank?
No. Blocking only changes what you see. Ranks are worked out from real scores and never shift because you blocked somebody, so you may notice a gap in the numbering where a blocked player used to be. Nobody can climb the leaderboard by blocking other players.
What names are not allowed?
Names that are obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory or discriminatory, and names that impersonate another person or RealmForge staff. Every name is screened automatically when it is chosen and again whenever it is changed. See Terms, section 7A.
Accounts & Deletion
I deleted my account. Can you restore my Artifacts?
No, and we want to be straightforward about why. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account record, your balances, and the link between you and any Artifacts you held are erased immediately. We do this on purpose: when someone asks us to delete their data, we genuinely delete it rather than keeping a hidden copy in case they change their mind. There is no backup to restore from, and no record remains of what a deleted account contained. This applies to every player equally, so please treat the confirmation screen in the app as final.
Do I get the welcome Sparks again if I sign up with the same email?
No. The 450 welcome Sparks are granted once per player, not once per signup. If you delete your account and register again with the same email address, your new account works normally but starts with no welcome bonus.
Why is it done that way?
Because a fresh account used to be worth exactly three forges, deleting and re-registering became a way to keep rerolling Artifact rarities until the results were good. That burns through a Realm's limited supply for everyone else. Granting the bonus once per player removes the incentive without banning anyone: a genuine player who leaves and comes back keeps their account, they simply do not collect a second starting bonus.
I deleted my account by mistake. What are my options?
Sign in again with the same email and your new account will work normally. You will not receive the welcome Sparks, but everything else is available to you, and Sparks can be earned every day at no cost through the daily streak, the daily spin, quests, achievements, and the free games in the Arcade. What we cannot do is bring back the Artifacts or balances from the deleted account.
